2. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

a) Managing enquiries and contact requests When you fill in a contact form, send us an email, call us or write via WhatsApp to request information about a property, request a visit or ask us to contact you, we process your name, surname (if provided), telephone number, email address, the property you are interested in and the content of your message. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and/or the need to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Retention period: 3 years from the last interaction.

b) Sending commercial communications about properties If you expressly give us your consent (via checkbox in the forms or subscription to the newsletter), we will send you information about new listings, price reductions, market news or properties that match your search criteria. Data processed: name, email address, telephone number and (where applicable) your preferred areas or property type. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Retention period: until you withdraw your consent or request erasure (unsubscribe link included in every email).

c) Statistical analysis of website usage We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation activated) to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its performance and content. Data processed: anonymised IP address, browsing behaviour, device type and approximate location (city level). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in improving our services and the user experience. Retention period: 26 months.

d) Displaying embedded videos and interactive maps The website includes videos hosted on YouTube and interactive Google Maps. When you accept “marketing” or “preference” cookies, these services may place their own cookies. Data processed: cookies and usage data collected by Google. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) given through the Complianz cookie banner. Retention period: according to Google LLC’s own policies (you can consult them at policies.google.com/privacy).

3. Recipients and Data Processors

Your personal data may be accessed by the following recipients acting as data processors:

  • Google (Google Workspace – email, Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Maps)
  • Inmovilla Technologies, S.L. and Resales Online (real estate CRM and property import systems)
  • Complianz B.V. (cookie consent management platform)
  • WhatsApp Ireland Limited (when contact is made via WhatsApp button)

No international transfers of personal data take place outside the European Economic Area except those covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es if you consider that your rights have been infringed.

ARTUR BIN REALTY, S.L. has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, regular backups and staff training.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any substantial changes will be notified via the website or by email where appropriate.
